The objects for which the Company is established are:

To act as hotel management consultants, mangers, operators, advisors, planners, values and to impart technical know-how and training in the field of planning, construction, operation of hotels, motels, restaurants, recreation and entertainment centres and to purchase erect or otherwise acquire, establish and equip and act as collaborators, technicians, financiers to any other hotel or restaurant in Nigeria or abroad.

To carry on the business of importers, exporters and merchants of goods, produce, stores and articles of all kinds both wholesale and retail, packers, warehousemen, bonded or otherwise and carriers and to transact every kind of agency, or transaction which may seem to the company directly or indirectly conducive to its interests.

To carry on business as petroleum prospectors, producers, refiners, dealers, marketers, independent and major oil and gas marketers, transporters of petroleum and crude oil.
