A. To act as hotel management consultants, mangers, operators, advisors, planners, values and to impart technical know-how and training in the field of planning, construction, operation of hotels, motels, restaurants, recreation and entertainment centres and to purchase erect or otherwise acquire, establish and equip and act as collaborators, technicians, financiers to any other hotel or restaurant in Nigeria or abroad.

B. To carry on the business of importers, exporters and merchants of goods, produce, stores and articles of all kinds both wholesale and retail, packers, warehousemen, bonded or otherwise and carriers and to transact every kind of agency, or transaction which may seem to the company directly or indirectly conducive to its interests.

C. To carry on the business or businesses of merchants, traders, importers, exporters, suppliers, manufacturers, makers and producers of any products or commodities whether for industrial, commercial, office, domestic, consumer or other use, and whether or not categorized as raw materials, or as semi-finished or finished goods.

D.To carry on business as petroleum prospectors, producers, refiners, dealers, marketers, independent and major oil and gas marketers, transporters of petroleum and crude oil.

E.To carry on the business of farming, animal husbandry, wood work and carpentry, exportation, importation, processing, manufacturing sale and distribution of agro-allied products and other agricultural products.

F. To search for ores, minerals, mines and grant licences for mining or offer any lands or places which may be acquired by the company and to lend any such land or place for agriculture, building or other use, to sell or otherwise to dispose of any lands, mines or other property of the company.

G. To buy, take on lease or under a licence, concession, grant or otherwise acquire mines, mining rights in any land or other place and Metalliferous land and any interest there in and to explore, work, develop, turn to account the same.

H. To crush, win, get, quarry, smelt, calcine, refine, dress, amalgamate, manipulate and prepare for market ore, metal, mineral, and mineral substances of all kinds and to carry on any other metallurgical operation.

I.To buy, sell, manufacture, import, export, for otherwise deal in coal, wood, cement, refractories, plants, machinery, implements, appliances, conveniences, provisions, and things capable of being used in connection with the operation of the company.

J. To provide consultancy for instruction and training in matters connected with aircraft, in marine, aviation and its related areas or flight by aircraft, of persons employed, or desirous of being employed either by the company or by any other person and to review, control guide and director their performance with a view to secure optimum utilization of all resources placed at their disposal.

K. To provide consultancy and training to operate efficient and safe air services within India and elsewhere for transport of passengers, mail and cargo for commercial or other purposes and to execute all modes of aerial work for this purpose.

L. To carry on the business of manufacturers, processor, traders, importers, exporters in pharmaceuticals, cosmetic products pharmaceutical-finechemicals, pharmaceutical products, medical chemical preparations, compounds, injectables, tablets & other related items & to do business as as dealers of surgical, scientific diagnostic, therapeutic equipments, dental materials & other related equipments, appliances & accessories, clinic franchise, hospitals, pharmacy, scan/lab center & other support/ consulting services including to develop applications for managing patient information and records, clinical information, radiology and laboratory information, financial records, insurance claims, and operations.

M. To purchase, lease or otherwise acquire, establish, maintain, operate, run, manage or administer hospitals, Medicare, nursing homes, health care, diagnostic, health aids, and research centres. To provide medical relief to the public in all branches of medical schemes by all available means.

N. To carry on the business of software designing, development, customisation, implementation, maintenance, testing and benchmarking, designing, developing and dealing in computer software and solutions, and to import, export, sell, purchase, distribute, host (in data centres or over the web) or otherwise deal in own and third party computer software packages, programs and solutions, and to provide internet / web based applications, services and solutions, provide or take up information technology related assignments on sub-contracting basis.

O.To develop, provide, undertake, design, import, export, distribute and deal in systems and application software for microprocessor based information systems, off shore software development projects, internet service provider, and solutions in all areas of application including those in emerging niche segments like internet and intranet website applications solutions software enterprise, resource planning, e-commerce, value added products and other business applications.
